Work has continued to progress well on site over the last month. We have now completed the rubble clearing works in respect of Phase 4a of the project. Imported subsoil has been laid and graded to the required levels in this area and topsoil has been laid up to the line of the proposed fence.
We have also commenced work in respect of Springfield House. Furniture has been removed from the building and we have begun the soft stripping works, including the removal of the roller shutter doors. These works will make way for the demolition of the building over the forthcoming weeks.
